I'm a product manager at DrFirst, based in Washington, DC, working on a product that reaches millions of patients.
I didn't plan to be a product manager. I started in finance, moved into project management where I led a full product launch and trained hundreds of doctors' offices across the US, then shifted into UX research, and somewhere in the middle of all that I became one. I grew a solo product from a few hundred users to tens of thousands. Then I went sideways on purpose and took a CSM role, because I wanted to understand the selling side. I owned our largest Fortune 500 and enterprise accounts, hit 120% of quota in my first five months, and ended my first year with $700k in new sales. I came back to product with a full picture of how things get built, sold, and used.
Experimentation is where I live. I run an experiment program, survey patient behavior, and use the results to drive product decisions rather than just confirm them. I'm also deep into AI: using it to audit workflows, accelerate research, and build things in my free time.
